S-Tier

These are the best agents of the patch. They are extremely valuable picks in any situation, scenario, or map applicable in any given composition. Here are the best agents of patch 5.1.

Valorant Agent Chamber, Raze, Fade and KAYO

Chamber is the best agent of the patch. He has the best win rate in all maps, and if you want to rank up, just go and pick him. He is insane at the pro level and even in ranks. His ability to play off angle, take enemies, walk away, and to it again is just crazy. Chamber can basically win rounds out of nowhere.

Raze is the second agent with the most win on any map; though she is not that popular in Icebox or Ascent, this agent still packed some punch. Raze excels on maps with tighter corridors and can easily dominate on Pearl. As of now, Raze is arguably the best Duelist in the game.

Fade has overtaken Sova since she was released, and she is one of the most picked agents today. Everything Sova does, Fade does it even better. Her win rate is just unbelievable, and once she is played aggressively, you can just pour down on your enemies.

KAYO has one of the best abilities to shut down enemies. He’s incredibly efficient at what he does. He can gain information, stop rushes, initiate rushes, and retake positions. KAYO can do every bit of this, and his flashes are just the best in the game.

A-Tier

A-Tiers can are still strong heroes and can arguably be put in the S-tier. However, even though they are pretty effective at what they do, they sometimes fall off on specific maps. Sage and Breach are the A-tiers of this patch.

Valorant Agent Sage, Viper, Breach, Brimestone, Omen and Skye

Sage is just a monster on Icebox; she is versatile in attack or defense and has arguably one of the best ultimates in the game, Ressurection.

Viper is the best Controller in the meta right now. Pros enjoyed picking her and she is just excellent in rank matches. Viper has excellent utility and can easily manipulate the battlefield using her toxins.

Breach‘s pick rate skyrocketed out of nowhere. He has a 100% pick rate on Fracture and is now getting picked on maps like Haven. Breach is just a powerful agent overall, he is an Initiator but can be played similar to a Controller because of his ability to control a specific area of a map.

Brimstone and Omen are equal in terms of the meta right now, as they do have very similar playstyles. Both are very strong Controllers and can easily control the map in any given situation.

Skye‘s ability to heal multiple teammates easily makes her the best healing agent in the game. While Sage can be played aggressively and defensively, Skye relies heavily on positioning and being a team player. Being that, with her skill set, she can also be played as a pseudo-duelist. Yep, a duelist that can protect her team from danger.

B-Tier

B-Tiers are situational picks. You’ll have a great time with these agents when they are picked correctly.

Valorant Agent Jett, Sova, Yoru and Reyna

Just like Fade and Sova, Jett became less and less popular because of Raze. Though she did not really fall down into the meta, she is still the most agile agent in the game and her ultimate Knives Out is ridiculously powerful.

Sova just falls off into the meta when Sova got introduced. Although his kit still offers incredible utility, he’s no longer the go-to initiator.

Yoru is one of the hardest agents to master. While he is very powerful on his own, it requires full mastery of his ability to use him correctly. Also, his ultimate Dimensional Drift got substantially buffed, but because of the skill required to play him, he remains on the B-tier.

While Reyna is not a bad agent by any means, she is one of the hardest to execute. She is an agent that can stomp a game but can easily fall out when it gets countered. Her abilities require you to have kills to use, and that’s really inefficient, especially if you are playing behind.

C-Tier

These are the agents that have fairly situational use. Though they really aren’t solid picks, they cannot fully provide that much utility at any point in the game.

Valorant Agent Astra, Killjoy and Neon

Astra is getting a bit popular on Ascent and Split and the pros are experimenting on her on some other maps however on rank, she is not doing well. Her skills are okay, they’re not bad by any means, however, if you compare her to another Controller like Brimstone, she is just bad.

Killjoy has been inconsistent throughout the meta. Though she has an incredible array of skill sets, Sage and Chamber is the pick when you’re looking for a powerful Sentinel

Neon has become more and more unpopular with the recent meta. Although he is one of the most aggressive Duelists in the game, there are just many other things to shut her down. Though many believe that she can excel on Pearl, we just have to wait.

D-Tier

Agents in D-tier aren’t necessarily bad; they are just not popular in either pro or rank matches. Here are the least popular picks.

D-Tier Valorant Agents Phoenix and Cypher

Phoenix had some minor buffs throughout his abilities, but it is quite not enough for him to get picked over other Duelists in the game.

Cypher is a very niche pick. You rarely see him picked on your rank games or even in the pro level. The fact that there are Sentinels you can pick who is better than him really put him in the D-Tier.

Valorant Agents Tier List Wrap Up

This wraps up our article for the Valorant Agents Tier List. Chamber is arguably the best agent of the patch. What do you think are the necessary changes that need to be made in order to balance him? What does Cypher need in order to become more popular?

Let us know what you think. Comment down below.
